  14. The Modem Doctor. Modem Doctor is the premier serial port/ modem diagnostic
  15. utility. Version 6.0 adds many new features, including Burst mode tests that
  16. stress serial/parallel converters & modulators. These tests also give you a
  17. measurement of your system throughput. Also, support is now included for IRQ
  18. 2-15, the Digiboard Intelligent Serial ports, FOSSIL and INT 14 drivers,and
  19. Modem Doctor will work under Windows (using the /Q switch).
  20.   For the latest version of the Modem Doctor on most nationally
  21. recognized BBS systems, or give a call to the Modem Doctor BBS operating 24
  22. hrs a day at 410-256-3631 300 -> 19.2kbps. The Modem Doctor BBS also contains
  23. other communication utilities and support for Comset, Zboot, and other
  24. utilities. Access to the system is open to all.
